Infinite Computer Solutions
Development Lead
Apply to lead full‑stack .NET development for healthcare payer applications at Infinite Computer Solutions, modernizing legacy systems, designing Azure‑based microservices, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and industry standards.
Responsibilities
Full Stack .NET Developer with deep hands‑on expertise in building and modernizing healthcare payer applications. Work across Azure cloud‑native microservices and legacy .NET Framework systems, contributing to modernization initiatives, interoperability APIs, and core payer application development.
Strong technical acumen in .NET Core / .NET 6+, Azure PaaS services, and a solid understanding of healthcare payer operations such as claims, eligibility, and provider management. Bridge the gap between legacy systems and next‑generation cloud‑based architecture, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and payer data‑exchange standards like X12, HL7, and FHIR.
Familiarity with CMS, HEDIS, NCQA, and other payer reporting requirements.
Understanding of HIPAA X12 transactions, HL7 / FHIR standards, and data exchange protocols.
Prior exposure to core payer platforms (Facets, QNXT, HealthEdge, or similar) is a plus.
Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core / .NET 6+ applications, REST APIs, and microservices hosted on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or Azure App Service.
Maintain and refactor existing .NET Framework and ASP.NET MVC / WebForms applications to improve scalability, performance, and security.
Develop responsive front‑end applications using Angular, React, or Blazor, integrated with secure REST APIs.
Create reusable, modular components and shared libraries for healthcare workflows (claims, eligibility, provider data, authorization, and encounters).
Integrate with external and internal systems using FHIR APIs, HL7, and HIPAA X12 EDI (270/271, 837, 835, 278, 999, 277CA) transactions.
Design and implement Azure-based microservices leveraging Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, App Service, and Logic Apps for distributed processing.
Secure APIs with Azure API Management (APIM) for API security, throttling, and versioning.
Store data in Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB, and Blob Storage for persistence and document management.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including automated builds, releases, and infrastructure provisioning (ARM / Bicep / Terraform).
Implement event‑driven and message‑based architectures for asynchronous processing between payer modules and downstream systems.
Refactor existing monolithic .NET Framework applications into service‑oriented or microservice architectures, participating in code migration, dependency decoupling, and API enablement of legacy modules for interoperability.
Write clean, testable code, conduct unit tests & code reviews, resolve production defects, and own features with design input and performance optimization.
