Job Description Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled
Full Stack .NET + Angular Developer
with strong experience in the
Healthcare domain . The developer will design, build, and support full-stack applications involving .NET Core, Angular, APIs, SQL, and cloud components, while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain full-stack applications using .NET Core / C# and Angular (8+).
Build and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and backend components.
Develop responsive, scalable UI using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and healthcare business teams to interpret requirements.
Perform full SDLC duties: design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and support.
Work with healthcare systems such as EHR/EMR, claims processing, eligibility, billing, etc.
Ensure adherence to healthcare privacy and security standards (HIPAA, PHI).
Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and perform data analysis using SQL Server.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
Troubleshoot issues and contribute to performance tuning and system optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–10+ years of hands‑on full-stack development experience.
Strong expertise in .NET Core / .NET Framework.
C#.
Angular (version 8 or higher).
REST APIs / Microservices.
Strong SQL Server skills and data modeling knowledge.
Mandatory Healthcare domain experience—payer, provider, clinical systems, billing, or claims.
Experience integrating or working with EHR/EMR systems or interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) preferred.
Strong understanding of security practices, HIPAA compliance, and PHI data handling.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools.
Familiarity with microservices architecture.
Exposure to healthcare analytics or reporting systems.
