Controls Engineer – Jobs via Dice
Salary: $110,000 - $145,000 per year

Job Details Primary Responsibilities
Apply standard electrical engineering principles to assigned projects, adapting techniques and procedures as needed.
Independently evaluate and modify design approaches to meet project requirements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and vendors from concept through commissioning.
Design, program, and support start-up for HMI, PLC, and servo motor systems in industrial environments.
Develop complete control systems including schematics, control panels, instrumentation, motor control centers, and hardware/software for PLC/HMI.
Perform PLC/HMI programming and on-site commissioning.
Resolve complex design challenges such as conflicting requirements or coordination issues.
Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal design teams.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and eligibility for Professional Engineer registration.
