Opportunity EY’s Transformation Architecture and Delivery (TAD) practice offers a dynamic career path for professionals passionate about solving complex business, technology, and infrastructure challenges. As a Staff Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting transformation initiatives that align with strategic goals, helping clients bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
You’ll contribute to the design and delivery of business and solution architecture frameworks, product management approaches, and value realization structures. Your work will support the implementation of transformation offices (TMO, VMO, EPMO) and help clients optimize performance across workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the set up and operation of transformation management structures (TMO, VMO, EPMO).
Support the design and delivery of business processes, solution architecture, and underlying AI and technology frameworks.
Contribute to program road mapping, maturity assessments, and value tracking.
Help manage project timelines and quality standards using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Participate in the delivery of complex technical initiatives and transformation programs.
Actively participate in client working sessions.
Travel as needed to support client engagements.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Basic understanding of project and program delivery methodologies.
Ability to document new business processes and technologies that enable new business processes.
Ability to manage tasks independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with impact.

Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree (required); advanced degree is a plus.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in consulting, professional services, or a similar environment with comparable experience in industry sectors noted below.
Exposure to business procedure documentation, solution architecture, or program delivery.
The ability to solve complex problems and think critically.
Digital fluency to adapt to new technologies and digital environments.
Learning agility to quickly assimilate new information and skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel (estimated at 60–80%).
Ideally You’ll Also Have
A degree in Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, or Business.
ERP or AI/Data Fabric implementations or central data office understanding.
Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile-related credentials.
Familiarity supporting transformation initiatives such as TMO/EPMO setup and operations, program and project management (PPM), complex program road mapping (CPM), change management, and delivery methodologies.
Sector experience in industries such as Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT), Private Equity (PE), Industrials and Energy including Oil, Gas and Chemicals and Power and Utilities (P&U), Media & Entertainment, Consumer and Health including Health, Life Sciences, or Consumer Products and Retail.
Experience in professional services client‑facing consulting.
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.
Effective stakeholder engagement skills.

What We Offer You We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the U.S. is $69,700 to $114,700. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $83,500 to $130,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
Join us in our team‑led and leader‑enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40‑60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
