Position Overview
Certified Hand Therapist – Torrey Pines (Scripps Health). Full‑time (Mon‑Fri, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm) at Scripps Clinic in Torrey Pines. Bonus‑eligible. Join a team of Hand Surgeons, three experienced Certified Hand Therapists, and two Medical Assistants to provide outpatient care. This position offers a New‑Hire Incentive of $4,000 and a $3,000 relocation bonus for relocation >100 mi.

Responsibilities The Certified Hand Therapist evaluates and assesses patient function or ability, establishes a plan of care in accordance with standards of practice, performs reassessments relative to the initial evaluation, and modifies the plan of care as needed for outpatient hand therapy patients.
Required Certification & Registration
Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
Current Occupational Therapy license in California.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Certification from the Hand Therapy Certification Commission.
Preferred
At least 3 years of experience as a Certified Hand Therapist.
Pay Range $54.24–$78.66 per hour.
