Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation Strong skills in Business Planning and Strategic Planning Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Account Management Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building abilities Experience in the construction industry or similar field is highly beneficial Strong leadership and team collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field Seniority level
