Responsibilities

The Associate Business Analyst will manage requirements for customer program deliveries, serve as a bridge between customer requirements and the delivery organization, and help evaluate sales opportunities to author and manage bid compliance matrices.

Essential Job Functions

Analyze stakeholder requirements to perform requirements allocation and author appropriate acceptance criteria.

Derive stakeholder requirements to system and subsystem requirements.

Coordinate with QA to enable generation of applicable test cases.

Generate applicable use cases and sequence diagrams.

Manage end‑to‑end requirements traceability.

Generate compliance matrices for RFPs.

Understand IDEMIA solution offerings and advocate for leveraging product capabilities.

Identify opportunities and drive changes to improve efficiency and/or quality of IDEMIA products, programs, and company.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

Experience in Requirements Management processes.

Required Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; experience working with US state or federal agencies; experience delivering programs originated from competitive RFPs.

Desired Experience:

Experience working with Agile teams.

Must be a US Citizen, without dual Citizenship.

Travel

– Expected travel up to 25%.

Position Type
