Responsibilities:
Lead each shift by delegating duties and ensuring team members are prepared for each day.
Responsible for training and development of team members on their shift(s).
Contribute to a team environment by recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishments.
Follow operational policy and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security.
Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture.
Must be proficient in each area of the restaurant to help where ever needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
Manage time effectively while meeting all job responsibilities.
Maintain a positive work environment for team members and guests.
Display an enthusiastic and professional attitude at all times.
Excellent guest service skills required.
Take direction and delegate responsibilities.
Work in a fast‑paced environment.
Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic.
Communicate efficiently to keep all team members informed.
Mobility required during the entire shift.
Minimum age 21.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Mid‑Senior level, Full‑time, Management and Manufacturing, Restaurants.
