Job Description Responsible for all results in assigned stores.

Insuring food, labor and service goals are within targets.

Monthly P&L review with direct supervisor.

Minimum 50‑hour work week with one day off and one on‑call day.

Ensuring all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza Standards.

Ensuring all stores are staffed and providing training to all team members.

Repair and maintenance in all stores are maintained.

Ensuring all new products or ideas are implemented seamlessly.

Maintaining a minimum 4‑star level operational performance.

Performing self OERs first week of each period and making appropriate corrections.

Completing evaluations and raises as needed, with paperwork and D.O. notified.

Following through on all assignments and ensuring all reports and paperwork are turned in timely.

Ensuring all store‑level reports and paperwork are complete and accurate.

Knowledge of all product and operational standards.

All safety and security procedures are followed and equipment is in working order.

Maintaining store budgets.

All school lunches are prepared and delivered within required standards.

Providing accurate and detailed accountability and ensuring a paper trail exists.

All equipment is available and utilized correctly.

Performing inventory checks on each store each month.

Using systems checklists and visit books effectively.
