Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and Customer Service skills
Experience in Real Estate, including knowledge of Sales and Real Property
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in real estate software and tools is a plus
Familiarity with the Laguna Beach, CA market is advantageous
