Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr
Company Overview Loop is building the enterprise co‑pilot for restaurants, starting with delivery. Over the last 3 years, delivery & digital ordering grew 10x into a major source of restaurant’s revenue, throwing up fundamental operational and financial challenges. With Loop, restaurants can view their P&L in real time, automate closing books, improve order accuracy, diagnose poor performance and empower their teams with feedback.
Job Description We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Leader with a deep understanding of the restaurant industry and a proven track record of building strategic relationships with major brands. This role will be instrumental in identifying and closing partnerships, working closely with the Implementation Manager to onboard and train partner accounts, and driving revenue growth from partner relationships. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry and a strong network of contacts within the industry.
Responsibilities
Identify and source strategic partnerships with major brands and key players in the restaurant industry
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including C‑level executives and decision-makers
Drive the partnership lifecycle from initial engagement through to contract negotiation and implementation
Collaborate with the Implementation Manager to onboard and train partner accounts, ensuring successful integration and adoption of Loop AI’s products and services
Own and manage partner accounts, driving revenue growth and maximizing the value of partner relationships
Develop and execute partnership strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets and business objectives
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry
Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships with major brands and key players in the restaurant industry
Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to drive consensus and close deals with partner organizations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Results‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets
Live in a Hub: NYC, SF, Tampa, FL
