We are seeking a
Senior Software Engineer
for a full-time opportunity with one of our corporate clients in the technology sector. This is a key role for a candidate passionate about scalable application development, team leadership, and modern web technologies.
Key Responsibilities Technical & Project Leadership
Transform customer requirements into efficient, functional solutions.
Create, manage, and track team tasks using project management tools (e.g., Jira).
Supervise and evaluate development team performance.
Lead Scrum meetings to report progress and identify blockers.
Review and ensure quality of team code.
Deploy and maintain web applications on Apache, Tomcat, and IIS.
Maintain integrity of project code branches.
Provide technical support for client-reported issues.
Design scalable business models using best practices and industry standards.
Recommend technologies aligned with modern trends.
Administer cloud components (Azure or AWS) and web servers.
Design and maintain database structures (relational and non-relational).
Ensure system scalability, security, and performance in high-traffic environments.
Additional Responsibilities
Define team training schedules and promote technical growth.
Prepare technical documentation and billing reports as needed.
Deliver well-organized, high-quality work that supports client satisfaction.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in .NET web application development.
5+ years of experience in REST API and Microservices architecture.
Experience deploying apps on IIS or Apache servers.
Strong database skills (SQL and NoSQL).
Experience managing code repositories (Git and SVN).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and related tools.
Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Strong skills in teamwork, troubleshooting, multitasking, and continuous learning.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
