$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr Cash Receipt Specialist (Seattle, WA)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Cash Receipt Specialist to join our client's team in Seattle. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing cash receipts and performing data entry tasks to support our finance and accounting departments. Responsibilities
Accurately enter cash receipt information into the company's accounting system. Verify and reconcile cash receipts with bank deposits and other financial records. Maintain and update customer account information. Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial records. Collaborate with other team members to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as needed. Required Skills and Experience
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred. Excellent data entry skills with a high level of speed and accuracy. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; good organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Plus
Experience in entering cash receipts into Applied Epic or similar system (AMS400) Seniority level
