Job Responsibilities:
Ensure team performance in tarping, board‑up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services, and carpet cleaning/re‑installation according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
Focus on excellent customer service.
Assist teammates and foster positive relationships with other departments.
Represent the brand professionally.
Prepare crews each morning for the day with a team huddle.
Meet clients and adjusters on site to resolve issues and provide professional opinion.
Conduct quality control inspections and re‑inspect job sites.
Resolve customer inquiries promptly.
Maintain organized, stocked trucks and equipment inventory.
Be available by phone and participate in the on‑call schedule as needed.
