Job Description
The Salesforce Data Cloud Architect is responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-scale data solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
This role requires deep expertise in Data Cloud, data architecture, integrations, governance, AI-driven solutions, and customer data platforms.
The architect will work closely with cross-functional teams to define strategies, lead implementations, support development teams, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant data solutions that drive business outcomes.
Requirements / Must Have
8–10+ years of experience in Salesforce and enterprise data platforms.
3+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud.
Deep understanding of Data Cloud architecture, objects, data models, data lake objects, harmonization, calculated insights, and identity resolution.
Expertise in Data Cloud Query Language and segmentation strategies.
Strong knowledge of data architecture, data governance, MDM, data lakes, and data warehousing concepts.
Experience designing large‑scale customer data platforms and unified data platforms.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks.
Expertise in API-based integrations, ETL/ELT pipelines, and event‑driven architectures.
Proven experience architecting Agentforce solutions with AI and ML integrations with Data Cloud, including integrations with model builder and external LLMs.
Strong grounding in real-time personalization, predictive insights, and recommendation engines.
Experience working with clients in the USA and coordinating between onsite and offshore teams.
Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant.
Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
Experience
Designing and implementing data architectures within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Working with Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer 360) and technologies such as MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, and Tableau.
Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, data modeling, and API frameworks.
Using Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader and Einstein Analytics.
Applying data governance, data security, and regulatory compliance practices.
Working with ETL processes and middleware platforms.
Healthcare domain experience (preferred).
