Translate business objectives into architecture roadmaps and influence prioritization to maximize value and minimize risk.

Ensure solutions meet non‑functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security, observability, and resiliency.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise solution design, with 5+ years focused on Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ/CLM.

Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, security/sharing models, and declarative configuration.

Proven experience designing and implementing integration patterns using APIs (e.g., MuleSoft), data migration, and batch integration (ETL/ELT) for large data volumes.

Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and compliance requirements within Salesforce and integrated systems.

Solid grasp of identity and access management principles, SSO, and enterprise security standards.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem, including predictive analytics, generative AI, and intelligent automation.

Experience in enterprise CRM consolidation initiatives and integration with marketing automation systems, compensation management systems, and partner portals.

Knowledge of downstream analytics and enterprise data platforms, and batch/streaming integration practices into centralized data ecosystems.

Demonstrated alignment with enterprise delivery standards and release/change management practices within a regulated environment.

Supervisory experience providing technical guidance and mentoring, even if the role does not include direct people‑management accountability.
