Executive Assistant, AWS Monitoring and Observability
Apply for the Executive Assistant role supporting a VP in AWS Observability. The position is based in Seattle, WA and requires five days a week in office.
Description This role demands attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority requests. The assistant will act as a seamless extension of the VP, working closely with other executive assistants and stakeholders across the organization.
Key Job Responsibilities
Proactively coordinate leadership event planning, activities, and calendars.
Orchestrate complex calendars and scheduling across time zones, prioritizing executive tasks to align with business priorities.
Serve as a trusted liaison between executive leadership and key stakeholders, managing sensitive information with discretion.
Execute end‑to‑end travel logistics for international and domestic trips, including multi‑city itineraries and client events.
Lead planning of staff meetings, all‑hands meetings, executive offsites, and team‑building activities.
Collaborate with the EA Community across AWS to drive best practices and organizational efficiency.
Develop and maintain tracking systems for critical deliverables, ensuring on‑time completion of executive and team commitments.
Maintain a positive work culture and help others do the same.
Basic Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
5+ years of senior‑level leadership support experience.
Experience managing executive‑level calendars.
Experience coordinating domestic or international travel.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading process improvements.
Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑tech company.
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency.
