Job Description ⚖️ What You’ll Be Trying (Real Upcoming Trials)
You won’t be reviewing records. You’ll be
leading high‑stakes litigation
from complaint to verdict. These are real cases— not hypotheticals —with 2025 trial dates, high‑value policy limits, and catastrophic injuries:
CASE 1 : facial fractures; $1.5M policy - Offer: $150,000
CASE 2 : Commercial truck crash; C5-C7 fusion; $1M policy - Offer: $205,000
CASE 3 : Lyft red‑light crash; herniated C4-C5; $1M policy - Offer: $90,000
CASE 4 : Commercial carrier; disc replacement surgery; $1M policy - Offer: $180,000
Other cases to be tried in 2026:
CASE 5 : Scooter vs. Semi | Neurocognitive injuries + spine surgeries, $10M policy
CASE 6 : Femoral fracture, brain injury, ORIF, psychiatric overlay, $1M Policy
CASE 7 : Scooter vs. Semi | Biceps tendon repair, cervical & lumbar discectomy, post‑concussion syndrome | $10M policy
Your Role:
Depose expert witnesses, conduct mediations, and deliver compelling arguments in court
Mentor junior litigation staff while overseeing paralegals and case managers
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance across litigation teams
What’s In It for You:
Base Salary : compensated by experience plus bonus
Bonus Option 1 : Draw + % of settlements/verdicts
Bonus Option 2 : High‑performance incentive + origination bonuses
