Your Role
Depose expert witnesses, conduct mediations, and deliver compelling arguments in court
Mentor junior litigation staff while overseeing paralegals and case managers
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance across litigation teams
What’s In It For You
Base Salary: compensated by experience plus bonus
Bonus Option 1: Draw + % of settlements/verdicts
