Commercial Litigation Attorney – CyberCoders
Location:
Boston, MA (Hybrid work arrangement with remote flexibility)
Salary Range:
$130,000-$160,000 (contingent on experience)
Brief Overview Established (40+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Civil Litigation in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in state and federal courts throughout Massachusetts and New England.
Analyze complex legal and factual issues and conduct thorough legal research.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel to provide timely updates and strategic advice.
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or commercial litigation.
Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
