Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction

Summary Top General Contractor with a nationwide footprint of hyperscale Data Center projects. Seeking mid‑senior level Project Managers to own full project delivery (precon → turnover) for large-scale data center / mission‑critical builds. Lead schedule, cost, contracts, quality, safety, and client relations across multi‑trade teams.

Responsibilities

Drive preconstruction: scope, budgets/GMPs, buyout strategy, risk and value analysis.

Lead overall schedule, cost forecasting, change management, and cash flow.

Manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, procurement of long‑lead MEP/equipment.

Coordinate CSA/MEP trades, commissioning, integration, and phased turnover.

Maintain client/commercial management and executive reporting cadence.

Champion safety and quality; closeout, punch, warranty handoff.

Qualifications

(SrPM 10–15+) with mission‑critical/DC, semiconductor, or advanced MFG.

Nice to Have

Other: Travel as required; on‑site leadership presence expected.
