Job Requirements and Duties
You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
General Job Duties for Store Team Members
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication Skills
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions/Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; calculator use allowed.
Make correct monetary change.
Verbal, written, and telephone skills for order taking and processing.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks; in‑store temperature ranges from 36 °F in the cooler to 90 °F or above in some areas. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500 °F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders.
Stooping/Bending, Crouching/Squatting:
Occasional duties at assembly station and front counter.
Reaching:
Up/down/forward over 72 " and down to perform tasks.
Hand Tasks:
Continuous eye‑hand coordination; use of forearms and wrists; manipulating pizza peel and rolling cutter; pinching during box assembly.
