Job Description
Responsible for all results in assigned stores
Insure food, labor and service goals are within target
P&L review with direct supervisor each month
Minimum 50 hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on call day
Insure all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza Standards
Ensure all stores are staffed and train all team members
Repair and maintenance in all stores is maintained
Implement all new products or ideas seamlessly
Ensure all stores run at a minimum 4 star level
Self OER’s performed 1st week of each period with appropriate corrections
Evaluations and raises completed as needed with paperwork and D.O. notified
Follow through of all assignments and ensure all reports and paperwork are turned in timely
All reports and paperwork at the store level are complete and accurate
Know all product and operational standards
All safety and security procedures followed and equipment in working order
Store budgets maintained
All school lunches prepared and delivered within needed standards by school
Provide accurate and detailed accountability and ensure paper trail exists
All equipment available and utilized correctly
Inventory checks performed each month at each store
Systems checklist and visit books utilized and in place and used
