Hope For Ohana is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, reassessments, developing treatment plans, developing individualized skill acquisition and behavior intervention goals, conducting 1:1 direct therapy with clients, collecting data, and training caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct behavior analytic services to clients, including behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs.
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective implementation of skill acquisition goals and behavior intervention plans.
Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust intervention strategies as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA.
Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
