Assistant Manager
Our Domino's Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business! Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.
Training & Development Paid Training! We offer a chance for professional growth by requiring all our Assistant Managers to be trained and certified through our unique Management Development Program. The program teaches everything needed for those with limited experience, while offering self‑paced learning and fast tracking for those with prior experience.
Opportunities The Management Development Program allows own store managers to apply for franchising opportunities. After successfully managing a Domino's Pizza store for at least a year, you become eligible to apply for a franchise. Many of our General Managers own their own businesses.
Pay & Incentives Assistant managers are paid a competitive industry salary. In addition, they are eligible to earn performance‑based wage increases and incentives based on store profitability and overall performance.
Responsibilities
Oversee all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
Set the example and enforce all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards.
Deliver great customer service, ensure attendance and punctuality, manage transportation to/from work, maintain store cleanliness and marketing.
Drive store profitability.
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years old.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Some management experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
