The Role The Financial Operations Team is responsible for carrying out risk assessments on new clients enrolling in OnPay and being the gatekeepers for all funds that come in from and go out to our clients and their employees. This role offers a rare opportunity to help shape and create a business function to enhance processes, improve security, and streamline client experiences.

What You’ll Do

Analyze both financial and non‑financial data to shape business decisions

Collaborate with clients to achieve the most suitable outcome for all parties

Fastidious record‑keeping throughout daily processes

Review client activity for anomalous behavior

Transaction execution and reconciliation

Assist clients with queries relating to our business function

What You Bring

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, going from technical/financial to client interaction with ease

Self‑discipline with a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously

Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various types of clients

Critical thinker, continuous improvement mindset

Detail‑oriented and very organized

Problem solver, enjoys helping others

Solid analytical skills, ability to learn at a fast pace

Critical and creative thinker, able to formulate innovative solutions to problems

Aptitude for data analysis

High attention to detail

Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication

Practical knowledge of transaction processing, specifically ACH and wire transfers

Conceptual understanding of credit risk

College degree preferred

The pay rate for the role is

$60k - 65k

in Atlanta, GA. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
