The Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) provides financial and accounting buy‑side and sell‑side due diligence, capital markets and accounting advisory, global transaction analytics, and environmental, technical & sustainability advisory to private equity, hedge funds, sovereign wealth, family office and corporate clients worldwide. TAG is expanding in the United States with openings in New York, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Nashville, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Responsibilities

Lead teams in client and lender conversations and mentor Associates, Senior Associates and Managers. Manage and prioritize team responsibilities, consulting with Managing Directors and senior team members as needed. Oversee all aspects of assignments with limited guidance from Managing Directors. Manage multiple chargeable and non‑chargeable projects of varying size and complexity. Identify potential transaction risks and implement strategies to address them. Generate comprehensive due diligence reports. Lead Quality of Earnings, P&L and Working Capital analyses. Communicate regularly with clients regarding engagement matters (billing, status updates, scope changes, request lists). Maintain day‑to‑day client relationships and emphasize A&M’s capabilities. Develop creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks and manage problem resolution. Maximize client value through engagement leverage, staff efficiency and proper billing of T&Es. Recruit, train and develop team members at all levels. Engage in training initiatives, including developing and teaching courses. Cross‑sell TAG and other A&M services as opportunities arise. Adhere to risk management guidelines and engagement review procedures. Gather conflict‑check information and coordinate engagement code setup. Assist Managing Directors and Senior Directors in sales and business development. Contribute to sales pursuits by generating new client business or expanding current client relationships. Manage engagement risk and potential client or engagement issues. Qualifications

8–10 years of financial accounting due diligence experience at a top accounting firm. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential or in‑process of obtaining. Working knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting and purchase accounting. High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong project management skills. Ability to work as both a team member and an individual contributor. Thrives in fast‑paced environments. Benefits and Compensation

Base salary: $200,000 annually, depending on education, experience, skills and geography. A discretionary bonus program applies, and regular employees working 30+ hours per week are eligible for fringe benefits including healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts and a 401(k) retirement plan with discretionary employer contribution.
