About the role As a dynamic, high‑energy Account Executive, you will bring IoT solutions to mid‑sized customers, building Samsara’s business and delivering sensor‑data benefits. Typical sales range from $20k to $100k and involve POCs, multi‑stakeholder trials, multi‑faceted pricing negotiations, and selling to executives and CXOs. This is a remote position open to U.S. candidates in the MST/PST/CST time zone.
The role requires travel approximately 25% of the time.

Minimum requirements
2+ years of experience in a full‑cycle, closing sales role
Experience independently closing new deals larger than $10,000 in annual revenue
Ideal candidate
Proven track record of consistent quota achievement
Experience selling in the midmarket space—medium to large deal sizes
Experience with high‑volume cold calling
Demonstrates a growth mindset and collaboration with teammates and the selling process
SFDC familiarity
Annual on‑target earnings (OTE) range for full‑time employees depends on your city of residence: $119,340–$157,950 USD.
