Job Description We are seeking a fearless Vice President to join our growing dynamic Healthcare team. Zeno’s global healthcare team works with long‑established Fortune 500 companies as well as innovative start‑ups and health providers, health systems, and organizations. Our Digital work incorporates the full range of integrated media solutions including social media marketing, digital influencer engagement, content creation & community management, and experiential activations – even fostering internal alignment and sales force adoption of game‑changing business strategies. We are utilizing the latest technologies such as voice interaction, augmented reality and data‑driven platforms to create memorable programs that educate and engage audiences.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate excellence in social media management, including community management, editorial calendars and metrics reporting.
Help to educate colleagues and clients about digital and social innovations in the healthcare space.
Manage digital and social initiatives on behalf of healthcare brands.
Partner and collaborate with account teams, creative and technology specialists, and client counterparts.
Support operational performance of assigned accounts.
Qualifications
8‑10 years of digital communications experience on healthcare accounts within a PR or Advertising agency, or within the marketing or communications department of a biopharmaceutical or device manufacturer.
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience managing social media platforms or communities and working with digital influencers.
Expert grasp of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and Snapchat.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its regulatory environment.
Multi‑task, meet deadlines and handle the changing needs of clients.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Analytics, social media monitoring/analysis tools (e.g. Crimson Hexagon or similar), and social management platforms such as HootSuite.
Strong writing and analytical skills, with an ability to translate research and data into insights.
Track record of creative thinking and effective execution in social media.
Understand integrated marketing directed toward both consumers/patients and health professionals.
Pay Range $135,000 to $180,000
