We're seeking a Product Support Engineer with a passion for automated diagnostics to focus on our vehicle infotainment system. In this role, you'll spearhead the development of cutting‑edge diagnostic tools, playing a pivotal part in shaping our next‑gen automated diagnostic systems. Key to this role is a focus on creating user‑friendly and accurate diagnostic tools.

What You’ll Do
Develop and refine automated diagnostic processes and tools both on the vehicle and outside it
Create and maintain robust regression/validation frameworks for our diagnostic platform
Balance diagnostic simplicity with regulatory compliance, pioneering proactive diagnostic systems
Work to improve the product to benefit function and serviceability
Innovate in automating complex vehicle diagnostics, integrating custom solutions and platform enhancements
Equip service technicians with advanced tools and data for efficient vehicle diagnosis
Analyze extensive data sets for predictive trends and actionable insights
What You’ll Bring
At least two years of experience in software engineering, with expertise in the following areas: Linux system and tool development, shell scripting, high‑level programming languages (Python, Ruby, Java, Go, or similar)
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts across diverse audiences
Profound understanding of diagnostic processes
Creativity in solving unique technical challenges and proficiency in efficient coding practices
Experience with over‑the‑air (OTA) software updates in vehicles or consumer electronics, vehicle infotainment UI development experience, and/or experience with vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, etc.) are nice‑to‑haves

Expected Compensation
$113,424 - $170,136/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
