Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
This role sits within ICONIQ's Venture and Growth team, working as part of a multi-support team supporting a Firm Partner. You are a sharp, experienced, and professional Executive Assistant and will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations across a dynamic calendar of meetings and global travel—providing high-level support in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What You’ll Do
Own and proactively manage a complex, changing, high-volume calendar across multiple time-zones.
Seamlessly coordinate extensive domestic and international travel.
Coordinate and manage private charter flights, including liaising with operators, brokers, and ground transportation to ensure a smooth and efficient travel experience.
Ensure seamless flow of the partner’s day-to-day activities.
Proactively and strategically coordinate internal and external meetings.
Work collaboratively with a multi-support team.
Create and implement systems to elevate efficiency and effectiveness of administrative processes.
Provide additional administrative support as needed.
Ideal Candidate Background
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in environments like Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Consulting.
Proven track record managing complex schedules and high-touch travel logistics, including private air travel.
Comfortable working non-standard hours and responding to tasks outside of traditional business hours.
Highly self‑motivated, solution‑oriented, and detail‑driven.
Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and professional presence.
Thrives in fast‑paced, team‑oriented settings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus.

There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $125,000 - $140,000 together with the benefits listed above.
