Job Responsibilities
Oversee all operations during a shift – cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations.
Maintain strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage staffing, paperwork, scheduling, food management, marketing, profitability and store cleanliness.
Set an example for team members in all aspects of the job.
Handle transportation to and from work, as required.
Ensure marketing, promotion and community outreach are executed.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong judgment, quick mental math, multitasking ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Proficiency in cash handling and making accurate change.
Experience with inventory management and basic equipment operations.
Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle (if required for delivery).
Must meet safety and health standards.
Essential Functions & Physical Demands Typical duties include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying, pushing, climbing, and frequent hand‑eye coordination tasks. Delivery duties require driving, walking, and climbing flights of stairs.
Work Conditions Work may involve hot surfaces, exposure to food dust, varying temperatures, adverse weather during deliveries, and quick reactions to customer demands.
