Key Responsibilities
Accountable for everything that happens during your shift including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set the example by following ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from crew.
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Manage staffing, scheduling, employee training, and performance.
Develop and maintain store profitability and customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience in a fast‑food or retail environment.
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process orders, take inventory, complete paperwork, clean equipment and facility daily.
Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and telephone.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
Ability to make correct monetary change and perform accurate transaction processing.
Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements, and ability to enter orders using a keyboard or touchscreen.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
Exposure to varying weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F+.
Fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing and pulling trays, climbing stairs or ladders, stooping, bending, crouching, reaching above 72”.
Driving required for deliveries—must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to an insured vehicle.
