Job Overview You will lead and manage store operations, ensuring every shift runs smoothly, cost controls are met, and customer satisfaction remains high. This position offers growth from Assistant Manager to General Manager and potential franchise ownership.

Responsibilities

Oversee all cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during the shift.

Maintain 100 % compliance with all policy and procedure standards and set the example for the crew.

Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule adherence, clean store image and marketing activities.

Ensure store profitability and perfect image while delivering great customer service.

Conduct training for new team members and provide orientation on the job.

Operate and maintain all store equipment, prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, and keep stock inventory accurate.

Keep the facility and equipment clean on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old, pass a criminal background check, and possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Must have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery, valid auto insurance, and the ability to drive in the designated delivery area.

Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and ability to make correct monetary change.

Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills, including the ability to give and comprehend detailed written instructions.

Bold, organized, and able to function independently while handling repetitive tasks, working under stress, and meeting strict quality control standards.

Physical Requirements

Most tasks performed from a standing position; frequent walking, standing, and reaching above 72 in.

Frequent lifting of cases of ingredients and supplies up to 50 lb; transfers of pizza dough trays weighing ~12 lb each.

Occasional climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, and pushing applicable tools and equipment.

Involve handling of wet or hot surfaces (up to 500 °F) from ovens and delivery duties under varied weather conditions.

Work Conditions

Inside store temperatures range from 36 °F in the cooler to 90 °F and above in some work areas.

Exposure to cornmeal dust, fumes from food odors, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Deliver pizzas and marketing materials outside, driving in adverse weather and under traffic conditions.

Work involves varying and sometimes adverse weather when delivering product, driving, and couponing.
