Job Description
Domino’s Pizza is seeking a motivated Store Team Member to manage daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Oversee all in‑store tasks: cost control, inventory, cash control, and customer relations.
Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and set the example for the crew.
Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work schedule, perfect image, and adherence to standards.
Maintain great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Qualifications
Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage.
Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, and take inventory.
Clean equipment and facility daily; training and orientation provided on the job.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, communicate verbally, and process orders over the phone and in person.
Basic math skills and accuracy; must be able to make correct monetary change.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F to 90 °F and above in some work areas.
Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 °F or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Physical & Sensory Requirements
Standing and walking on tile or linoleum; lifting and carrying heavy items up to 50 lb.
Forward bending, reaching, crouching/squatting, and pushing trays and dollies.
Eye‑hand coordination required; frequent use of forearms and wrists in pizza dough assembly.
