We’re looking for a senior hardware engineer who can take a board from

blank page → flight‑ready product

and thrives in fast, high‑ownership environments. If you like building rugged, mission‑critical hardware that gets deployed and used—not just tested on a bench—you’ll love this role.

Compensation $190,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr

What You’ll Work On

Lead the full hardware lifecycle: concept, schematics, PCB layout, prototyping, validation, and production

Design mixed‑signal boards: high‑speed digital, analog, SI/PI, and power electronics

Build hardware that survives heat, vibration, EMI/EMC, and field abuse

Integrate electronics with drones, radars, cameras, RF payloads, and distributed autonomous systems

Iterate fast with direct operator and customer feedback

Contribute at the system level, working closely with mechanical, firmware, and field teams

What You Bring

5+ years designing and releasing custom PCBAs

Strong experience in high‑speed digital, analog, power electronics, signal integrity

Proficiency with KiCad, LTSpice, oscilloscopes, logic/spectrum analyzers

Background working on reliability‑critical hardware

Ability to interpret specs, datasheets, and drawings

Familiarity with OnShape and git

Bonus Skills

Aerospace/defense or other high‑reliability environments

RF design, custom magnetics, sensor or power‑system integration

Experience supporting hardware in field deployments
