Compensation $190,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr What You’ll Work On Lead the full hardware lifecycle: concept, schematics, PCB layout, prototyping, validation, and production Design mixed‑signal boards: high‑speed digital, analog, SI/PI, and power electronics Build hardware that survives heat, vibration, EMI/EMC, and field abuse Integrate electronics with drones, radars, cameras, RF payloads, and distributed autonomous systems Iterate fast with direct operator and customer feedback Contribute at the system level, working closely with mechanical, firmware, and field teams Who Thrives Here Product‑minded engineers who enjoy direct user interaction Builders who turn ambiguity into working hardware System thinkers who consider EE + mechanical + user tradeoffs People who love seeing their designs deployed in real missions Individuals who want big ownership, fast pace, and real impact What You Bring 5+ years designing and releasing custom PCBAs Strong experience in high‑speed digital, analog, power electronics, signal integrity Proficiency with KiCad, LTSpice, oscilloscopes, logic/spectrum analyzers Background working on reliability‑critical hardware Ability to interpret specs, datasheets, and drawings Familiarity with OnShape and git Bonus Skills Aerospace/defense or other high‑reliability environments RF design, custom magnetics, sensor or power‑system integration Experience supporting hardware in field deployments #J-18808-Ljbffr
