12 PM to 5 PM, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
Manage reception desk operations on a day-to-day basis. Respond to and forward calls, maintain station email inboxes, provide guest access to building and parking garage and perform some administrative tasks.
Maintain fresh coffee, clean, and organize break room. Operate and maintain kitchen supplies and equipment including dishwasher, coffee machine, range, and other equipment.
Receive and distribute packages and mail as they are delivered to or picked up from WBUR's studio.
Required Skills
1-3 years of experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent.
