We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a cutting-edge precision manufacturing environment focused on high-quality mold components, fixtures, and complex tooling. This is a first-shift, full-time position within a modern, well-equipped toolroom where accuracy, quality, and teamwork are highly valued. What You’ll Do
Program high-speed CNC machining centers (Makino-type) using Mastercam for 2D, 3D, and multi‑axis operations Machine tight‑tolerance mold and fixture components with high accuracy Review and revise existing toolpaths and programs as needed Collaborate with engineers and toolroom staff to support new builds and engineering changes Participate in process improvements, tooling optimization, and quality initiatives Follow established workflows, programming checklists, and toolroom procedures Maintain an organized, safe work area and support a high‑performance team environment What We’re Looking For
5+ years CNC programming experience Strong proficiency in Mastercam Hands‑on experience machining molds, dies, or precision fixtures Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work to extremely tight tolerances Solid communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced toolroom Self‑driven, reliable, and committed to quality What’s Offered
