Responsibilities
Lead daily IAM operations, ensuring timely access provisioning, issue resolution, and adherence to service‑level expectations.
Develop and execute IAM strategies that advance security, regulatory compliance, and business objectives.
Oversee and enhance IAM platforms, including identity governance, privileged access management, and single sign‑on solutions.
Manage the full lifecycle of user identities, including provisioning, de‑provisioning, access governance and role management.
Define, maintain, and enforce IAM policies and standards aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR and other frameworks.
Conduct audits, access reviews and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and support regulatory requirements.
Lead responses to IAM‑related security incidents and partner closely with the incident response team.
Collaborate with IT, HR, Capacity Services and business leaders to enable secure and efficient service delivery.
Mentor and guide IAM team members, fostering continuous learning and operational excellence.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in IAM and Zero‑Trust security.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management or related field.
10+ years of hands‑on IAM experience, including identity lifecycle management and privileged access management.
Deep expertise with IAM platforms such as Saviynt IGA, CyberArk PAM, Azure AD/AD, SSO/MFA technologies and modern authentication protocols.
Strong automation and integration skills using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs and HR system connectors.
Familiarity with regulatory and security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
Experience supporting cloud, on‑premises and hybrid IAM architectures, including Zero‑Trust practices.
Ability to lead complex problem‑solving, influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Work Environment and Travel This is an individual‑contributor role within the Digital Security & Identity Access Management team. You will partner closely with IT, HR, Legal, Audit and business leaders across global operations. Occasional domestic or international travel to mine sites or exploration locations may be required. English proficiency is required; an additional language is an asset.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range: USD 108,000 – 141,750. This range is tied to the Colorado market for roles performed in Colorado. The salary offer will be based on job‑related education, training and experience and will not be based on salary history. The role will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus program.
