Role Overview Our MuleSoft Enterprise Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads. They develop strong, positive, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C‑suite decision makers within their territory, and help customers realize value from the MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform. You will use your skills to develop opportunities, through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.

Day‑to‑Day

Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts

Assist with the development and execution of overall long‑term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives

Coordinate internal resources to meet customer business needs

Assist with account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment

Share both MuleSoft and Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers

Drive growth within new and existing, assigned accounts

Preferred Qualifications

Enterprise: 10+ years of full cycle sales experience, at least 5 years in Enterprise Sales

Commercial: Average of 5+ years of experience preferred of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field with a proven track record of success

Experience in selling technical platforms preferred

Integration / API Market Awareness

Management of large key account(s)

Ability to strategize with a large extended team

Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

For New York‑based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $132,650 to $231,200.

For Colorado‑based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $120,800 to $210,200.

For Washington‑based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $132,650 to $231,200.

For California‑based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $132,650 to $231,200.

For Illinois‑based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $132,650 to $231,200.

For Massachusetts‑based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $132,650 to $231,200.
