Job Summary Our Domino’s Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business. Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino’s Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures and expect the same from your crew.
Responsibilities
Lead a high‑performance team and maintain a positive work environment.
Ensure all store operations run efficiently and profitably.
Control costs, manage inventory, and oversee cash procedures.
Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards.
Handle staffing, paperwork, scheduling, marketing, and store cleanliness.
Maintain attendance, punctuality, and transportation to/from work.
Qualifications
At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Previous management experience is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong judgement, math skills, and a natural inclination to multitask.
