Plaintiff Litigation Associate, Product Liability (to $150k + Bonus)

Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary target
between $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 with flexibility.
Bonus
based on performance and cases closed throughout the year.

Travel : approx 8 trips/month (mostly 1–2 nights) with occasional local day trips and national travel for deposits, trial, client meetings.

A specialized national plaintiffs’ law firm with over 70 attorneys and 300 years combined experience focusing exclusively on mesothelioma (asbestos).
Role overview:
A Litigation Attorney will receive comprehensive training in mesothelioma (asbestos - product liability) litigation. Upon completion of training, you will assume responsibilities for case management, including written discovery, depositions, motion drafting, advocacy, and trial participation as second chair.
Responsibilities:
Conduct written discovery, depositions, motion drafting, and advocacy.
Participate in trial as second chair.
Engage with clients and families, demonstrating empathy and rapport.
Qualifications:
Must hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited institution and be admitted to the MO bar.
Experience ideal in medical-related litigation, plaintiff PI, or related practice (no defense work).
Travel approximately 8 trips/month, mostly 1–2 nights, with local day trips and national travel.
Working on 15-18 cases depending on complexity.
Proficiency in legal research and writing.
Capability to foster client relationships, work independently and collaboratively, operate under tight deadlines in fast-paced environment.
Dedication to plaintiff advocacy with sound judgment.
