Patent Attorney - Electrical Engineering - Seattle
Our client is a top firm, seeking a patent prosecution attorney for its Seattle office. Salary range: $200,000 to $240,000. Position is onsite. Firm will pay for relocation.
Qualifications
3-5 years of patent prosecution experience, either in a law firm or in-house role.
Experience preparing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications in electrical engineering–related technologies, including semiconductor devices, chip architecture, and integrated circuits.
Experience conducting patentability, FTO, and landscape analyses.
Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
USPTO registration required.
A state bar admission is required.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
