Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect
We’re looking for a Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead the enterprise adoption of the
Common Service Data Model (CSDM) . You’ll design scalable, service‑centric architectures, align platform teams to out‑of‑the‑box standards, and enable end‑to‑end value across
CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, SPM/APM, and SACM .
Responsibilities
Define and maintain the enterprise CSDM and CMDB architecture, enforcing configuration‑first best practices.
Drive Service Mapping strategy to align Application Services and Technical CIs with CSDM.
Integrate SPM & APM data for portfolio analytics and decision‑making.
Establish data governance, ownership, and quality controls.
Architect platform integrations and ensure compliance with standards.
Serve as a design authority and mentor platform teams.
Qualifications
10+ years in enterprise architecture or platform engineering, with 5+ years implementing CSDM/CMDB at scale.
Proven success delivering out‑of‑the‑box ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SPM/APM, and SACM.
Expertise in Service Mapping, Discovery, CI class modeling, and automated data quality.
Strong integration skills (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub) and data modeling experience.
Preferred Certifications
ServiceNow CSA & CIS (ITSM, SPM/APM, ITOM, CMDB/Discovery)
CAD (Certified Application Developer)
