FinTech Product Owner
Opportunity in St. Louis, MO to lead a .NET team driving technology strategy, system enhancements, and product innovation across key business applications. This role blends Microsoft technical depth with Financial product leadership — perfect for someone who grew up as a C#.Net developer and evolved into management and IT leadership in the fintech or banking industry.

Role
Provide vision, direction, and coaching for a team of .NET Developers supporting enterprise financial applications.
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define roadmaps, prioritize work, and deliver solutions that move the business forward. Strategy!
Oversee end-to-end product development using Agile principles and strong SDLC discipline.
Remove obstacles, clarify priorities, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
Stay current with Microsoft development tools (.NET, C#, SQL) and architectural best practices to guide sound technical decisions.
Requirements
Fintech or Banking industry experience - must know ACH, Funding Payments, Credit Card, etc.)
5+ years of prior experience in Software Development, with a strong foundation in Microsoft development (.NET, C#, SQL).
Software Team Leadership -managing product delivery efforts.
Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, executable technology roadmaps.
Prefers experience with Azure DevOps.
