About the Team
The In‑Store Revenue Operations team at DoorDash amplifies SevenRooms’ mission and drives revenue growth through effective sales processes, systems, and analytics. We manage strategy, planning, metrics reporting & analytics, GTM enablement, program management, and systems, fostering relationships with revenue leadership. We collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Strategy & Operations teams to ensure alignment across revenue operations.
About the Role Director, Revenue Operations responsible for leading, optimizing, and scaling GTM processes and systems to support revenue growth. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define strategy, implement performance metrics, and influence alignment of planning, reporting, forecasting, quota allocation, process optimization, territory planning, and design of the sales incentive plan.

Lead bottoms‑up business planning, target‑setting, and own the “rhythm of the business” framework.
Own all systems and tools related to sales & Customer Success with SFDC as the central hub.
Ensure alignment between enablement strategies and revenue goals.
Partner with Finance and People teams to design and manage sales commission strategy.

15+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Strategy, or Sales Leadership in B2B SaaS.
Proven track record of leading change management, building aligned tooling, and systemizing Sales KPIs.
Deep understanding of standard business practices for Marketing & Sales Operations, enablement best practices, and content management.
Experience designing sales commission plans at scale, including analysis, modeling, and optimization.
Ability to thrive in high‑autonomy environments, build cross‑functional relationships, and communicate at executive level.
Compensation National base pay range: $181,800—$267,300 USD. Compensation will be decided based on skills, experience, and location.
