4–7+ Years PQE | Fund Formation, Regulatory, SBIC
About The Role Work directly with top-tier fund sponsors on a wide range of private investment vehicles, including private equity, venture capital, real estate, and credit funds. The role offers immediate responsibility, partner access, and an excellent platform to grow in a highly collaborative and sophisticated practice.
Ideal Candidate Profile
4–7+ years of experience in private investment fund formation
Strong knowledge of structuring, drafting, and negotiating fund documents and LPAs
Experience advising fund managers on compliance, regulatory filings, and investor communications
Exposure to Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) licensing is strongly preferred
Familiarity with private offering memoranda and marketing documentation
JD from an accredited law school; licensed in the jurisdiction of preferred office
