Are you a corporate associate with fund formation or regulatory structuring experience and an interest in advising private equity sponsors? This is a standout opportunity to join a national funds practice supporting the formation, structuring, and operation of private investment funds with cross‑office collaboration.
You will work closely with respected partners in Houston and across the US, gaining exposure to sophisticated sponsor‑side work, regulatory frameworks, and investor negotiations.
