The Director of Sales for Public Sector and Healthcare will lead a team of sales representatives focused on driving growth within government, education, and healthcare markets. Responsibilities
Manage and mentor sales representatives targeting Public Sector and Healthcare accounts. Work closely with the Public Sector and Healthcare sector leaders to develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in these verticals. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements and compliance standards. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes impacting these sectors. Achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability goals. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of sales experience with at least 5 years in Public Sector or Healthcare markets. B2B sales experience in integrated IT technologies and services or low voltage technologies such as cabling, Audio-Visual, CCTV, Access Control, Wi‑Fi, Network or DAS preferred. Proven track record of managing high‑performing sales teams. Strong understanding of government procurement processes and healthcare compliance requirements. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to travel as needed. Seniority Level
